Do I need to prepare before Dirt Demolishers comes?
You do not need to prepare for us to come. However, if you pick up beforehand, this allows us to focus more on cleaning instead of straightening up. If you need bed linens changed, please leave fresh linens on the bed.
Do you provide supplies and equipment?
Absolutely! If you would like us to use a certain product, please leave it out and let us know prior to your cleaning.
Does someone need to be present?
You do not! We encourage Recurring Clients who aren’t home during their Service to provide us with a key or code for entry. Providing us with this information avoids unintended lockout fees. All keys and codes are kept in a secure location.
What do I do with my pets?
Dirt Demolishers loves pets! We do ask that pets be contained before our arrival if they are not comfortable with visitors. If we arrive and your pet becomes aggressive, we will not be able to provide service.
How do I pay?
We accept Cash, Check or Credit Card.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We require a 48 hour notice for canceling or rescheduling your appointment. Cancelations less than 48 hours are subject to a $50 fee.
Do you have a Satisfaction Guarantee?
Yes! We want all our clients to be happy! We will return to correct any concerns within 24 hours of your service.
